Here are some tips to help you see what is available on the site and to help you to navigate your way around it. |
Top Menu Bar:
Home - returns you quickly to Polio Australia's front page from anywhere else on the site.
Forum - takes you to the Forum where you can interact with other visitors to the site on matters polio, including national and state activities and issues.
Help - gives information about registering and logging in together with general information about how the site operates. For more detailed help, you can go here.
Search - enables you to search the Forum using key words.
Profile - allows you to set up personal preferences for your account.
Calendar - gives details of upcoming events.
Logout - once you have finished your visit you can log out of your account if you wish.
Left Menu Bar:
Descriptions of the various menu options are given below. At any time, you can hide the left menu bar so you can view the pages you are interested in with less clutter. To hide (or reveal) the left menu bar, simply click on the small triangle located to the right of Logout on the top Menu Bar.
Photo of the Day
A random photo from the Photo Gallery, including photos from the collection taken at the Polio Australasia Conference Designing a Future which was held in May 2007. The photo changes each time the page is refreshed.
User Menu
Includes options to read unread Forum posts or view replies to your own posts. The User Menu box can be collapsed or opened by clicking the small triangle to the right.
Polio Australia Menu
This is your guide to all the pages on the Polio Australia's website. Just click on the page you want to view to be taken straight to it. Depending on the page chosen, you may be able to navigate from there to other related pages, and return to previous pages by pressing the back button on your browser. Alternatively, to select another page just click on the appropriate option in the left menu bar.
Search
Search the Forum using key words. There is also an Advanced Search to further refine your search criteria. The Search box can be collapsed or opened by clicking the small triangle to the right.
Forum Statistics
Registration on this site enables access to information about the number of registered members, who is currently online, and some statistics about Forum activity. The Site Statistics box can be collapsed or opened by clicking the small triangle to the right.
