To ensure that you can view and print the documents on our site with the same formatting which was used in their creation, they are available for download in Portable Document Format (known as PDF).
PDF is a data format which displays and prints documents in a manner that is independent of the original application software, hardware, and operating system used to create the documents. PDF files do not rely on the fonts installed in the computer that displays or prints them, because the original fonts are embedded within the PDF document. As a result, the page is guaranteed to display and print correctly on any computer with PDF reading software installed.
To view a file in PDF format, you need Adobe Reader, a free application distributed by Adobe Systems. Once you've downloaded and installed the Reader, it will start automatically whenever you open a PDF file. (Adobe Reader lets you view and print PDF files, but not create or edit them.)
