DISABILITY COMPLAINTS SERVICE

It is a free service to help people with a disability who wish to make a complaint about their rights being infringed.

Who can use the service?

Any person living in New South Wales who has a disability or any person wishing to make a complaint on behalf of a person with a disability.

What does the Disability Complaints Service do?

Will my name be made public if l use the service?

All information about your complaint is CONFIDENTIAL. If any information is needed by another Organisation, the Complaints Advocate helping you will ask your permission before releasing the information.

Will it cost me anything to use the service?

No! The service is FREE

What can l make a complaint about?

You can make a complaint about any service you receive or any situation where you think your rights have not been recognised or respected.
